Free zone cost calculator
Build your company in six choices and see an itemised first-year estimate — including the costs other sites leave out.
What makes up the cost of a free zone company?
Licence and registration. The core yearly fee for your trade licence, usually bundled with a flexi-desk or office and your incorporation documents.
Activities. Most packages include a set number of activities. Adding more, or mixing groups such as trading and services, can add a fee.
Establishment card. Needed before you can sponsor any visa. It registers your company with immigration.
Visas. Each residence visa includes an allocation fee, entry permit, status change (if you are already in the UAE), medical test and Emirates ID.
Office. A flexi-desk is enough for many small companies. More visas or a physical presence may need a shared or private office.
Optional services. Bank account assistance, tax registration, PRO support and bookkeeping make life easier after setup.
Calculator FAQs
How accurate is the cost calculator?
It uses typical published fees and our own experience. Final prices depend on the free zone's latest tariff, your activities and nationality. Your advisor confirms the exact quote before you pay.
What costs are often missed?
The establishment card, visa medical test, Emirates ID, and the yearly renewal. Our calculator includes these so there are no surprises.
Is VAT added?
Government and free zone fees are generally not subject to VAT. VAT at 5% may apply to our professional service fees and is shown on your invoice.
Can I pay online after calculating?
Yes. Pick a matching package on the free zone page and pay securely online, or send us the estimate and we'll prepare a payment link.
